This wine is passionate and loyal to no end, just like my son Finn for whom this wine is named. This rare blend, composed of 39% Chenin Blanc, 35% Vermentino, and 26% Grenache Blanc, is led by the floral aromatics and stone fruit of Chenin, kept light and fresh by the balance of Vermentino. It all comes together beautifully, bound by the rich acids and mouthfeel of Grenache Blanc.
Creamy yet crunchy, with the balance of a tightrope walker, this Grenache Blanc exudes aromas of peach rings, orange blossom, and lemon pith. Partial malolactic fermentation contributes to its medium-minus weight, yet it's packed with boatloads of acid that'll make you feel like a kid in a candy store.
This wine vibes!...again! Picture sweet pear drops and zesty lemon hits, gliding in smoothly but grabbing your taste buds on the flip side. It's not just easy on the eyes – it's crystal clear in the glass with a spicy, textured twist on the palate.
The 2023 Faux exudes a real "irreverent punk rocker" energy. It is full and plush with a giant vein of acidity followed by Yuzu, oyster shell, and lemon curd notes.
Golden apple, tangerine, and gingerbread. For me I picture this wine in vintage denim, a Ramones t-shirt, and Doc Martens—all coming together to create one heck of a Pick Chenin!
Carbonically fermented and then aged in stainless steel tanks, it retains its natural brightness and classic Carbonic Carignan charm, offering notes of strawberry Twizzlers and refreshing acidity. Light and vibrant, it's a delight for both the palate and the eyes.
Our Carbonic Grenache leads with the luscious, fruity ecstasy of carbonic maceration followed by the timeless allure of bitter cherries and bay leaf. Toss in some coriander, a bucket of blood orange, a dash of twizzlers, and voilà! You've got yourself a bona fide banger!
We're talkin' Côtes du Rhône vibes mixed with California White Zin. That's right, we got all the grown-up fruit punch flavors you could ask for, and it's a damn miracle. And let's not forget about the blend, baby. Zinfandel is the workhorse here, with Carignan, Petite Sirah and Chenin Blanc as her backup dancers.
With the unveiling of this inaugural release, we proudly proclaim that our Amphor aging program has lent sinew and grace to our creation. The mineral-rich embrace of the clay vessels bestows a earthiness and a stony foundation upon our beloved Syrah
It’s a one eyed, one horned, flying, purple, people eater. “Can one eat purple?”, you may ask yourself. “What does purple taste like?”, some may say. Well look no further because we’re in plum, blackberry, and black licorice territory with a pocket full of purple scented non-toxic washable Mr. Sketch markers
