I dedicate this wine to my middle child, Finn—passionate, fiercely loyal, and full of life.

Ode to Finn isn’t just a wine—it’s movement, rhythm, and energy. A blend that defies convention yet comes together effortlessly. Chenin Blanc provides weight and texture, Verdelho adds lift and electricity, and Grenache Blanc sharpens it with structure and acidity. The result? Pure kinetic energy in a glass.

From the first sip, it demands attention. Aromas of lanolin and a hint of brie from the Chenin mingle with white peaches, honey, and a bright splash of lime from the Verdelho. The texture is broad yet vibrant, with crisp acidity and a nostalgic sweet-tart kick—like tearing into a bag of Sour Patch Kids. It’s this balance of power and finesse, precision and spontaneity, that makes blending an obsession for winemakers.

Fermented in stainless steel drums to keep its pulse racing, racked off the lees early to preserve its sharp edges, Ode to Finn is a wine that doesn’t sit still. And neither will you.

Always (and only) minimal Sulfites added.
